Hotel de Gulden Leeuw

Hotel De Gulden Leeuw is located in the charming town center of Workum. The well-known Jopie Huisman Museum is just 50 meters away, and there's also a museum where you can learn about Workum's rich history.

Hotel Gulden Leeuw offers the following rooms:

- 7 single/double rooms,

- 2 triple rooms, and

- 1 family room for 4 guests.

The property serves an à la carte breakfast daily between 8:00 and 9:30 AM.

The staff speaks Dutch, English, German, and of course Frisian ;)

IMPORTANT:

- Our restaurant is temporarily closed due to preparations for a renovation in the extension (rear) of our hotel. Additional rooms will be created there before 2027, including on the ground floor.

- Breakfast is served in the front section of the restaurant. The connecting door between the hotel entrance and the restaurant is open in the morning from 08:00.

- For lunch and dinner, you will find a wide variety of excellent restaurants on the square and in the immediate vicinity.

- In 2027, additional rooms will become available on the ground floor. The design will accommodate guests who wish to bring their pets. Some rooms will also be available for guests with disabilities or wheelchair users.
